- All NPI, NMI, and NSI OMM, Parts Manual, and Service Manual Module translations meeting the TIS Translations Policy requirements should be submitted using the following link, and will be funded by TIS: https://caterpillar.sharepoint.com/teams/SerInfo/SerInfoDiv
- Any requests that do not comply with the TIS Translation Policy should be submitted using the Cat Translations Services portal. These requests will require a BMS Charge Code and will be funded by the requesting organization. https://caterpillar.sharepoint.com/teams/IronWorks/SitePages/Translations.aspx
For translations requesting TIS funding (Bullet 1), once your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed for approval. Once approved, we will forward the translations request for processing with the CTS team. While the TIS Translation Policy has not changed, it is attached below for reference.
